The Rose Garden Neighborhood Association (RGNA) is an association which will strive to provide
crime awareness, maintain property values, neighborhood beautification, resident
gatherings, a membership directory and quarterly newsletters. The Association
is a resource of historic information for current and future residents. Our crime
watch program works closely with the Allentown police to keep our homes safe.
