The Rose Garden Neighborhood Association homes are located in the West End of Allentown.
North/South, we cover the area between Parkway Boulevard and just south of Tilghman Street. East/West, between 26th Street and the border with South Whitehall Township.
We are located in the West End in the city limits of Allentown, PA. Our neighborhood association boundaries are:
Eastern Boundary is 26th Street
Northern Boundary is Tilghman Street
Western Boundary is 30th Street south to College Heights Boulevard, then westward on College Heights to 31st Street then 31st Street south
Southern Boundary is Parkway Boulevard.
